[Bookstoprisoners] NEW COPIER!

On Monday Books To Prisoners will have a new copier with collating and
duplexing capabilities. If we use 2000 copies per month the cost is 5 cents
per copy plus the cost of paper.

Your working group must have a code to use the copy machine.

In addition to using your code there will be a clip board with a form to
indicate your name and a place to indicate if you brought your own paper
(then you'll only be billed 5 cents per copy.)

The following groups / individuals will have codes.

General Membership/Bookkeepers
Library
Tech
Shows
Books To Prisoners
OJC*
CU Citizens*
Melodye Rosales*
Chris Evans*
Sandra Ahten*

ALSO, please note. The computers in the BtP room are no longer public access
computers. (Public access computers are located on the mail level.)

Please reply to this email (not "reply all") --if you would like to have the
code for any of the above groups mailed to you -- or if you would like  to
be added to the list.

* these non-IMC working groups will be expected to meet with Sandra, learn
how to read their usage and pay the BtP/IMC with a check or cash monthly.
