[Bookstoprisoners] alternative gift mailing

Hi Everyone,
I haven't had email access at home since I sent my last note out on
Wednesday and have no idea when it will be back (storm-related).  I am at
the IMC now and using the public computers upstairs since I don't have a
password for the BTP computers.

Barbara, I got your email and am sorry to say I can't help.  I am
attaching two versions of the mailing list to this message in the hopes
someone else can.  One is the excel file that may or may not have a
problem opening since this computer (that I opened it on) only has an open
source spreadsheet program.  The other version is the open source one that
may not have all the fields of the original.

At any rate, the bottom line is that Barbara and I do not have address
labels or the ability to do the mail merge into a label format.  Can
anyone help?

I brought 400 envelopes in today, and I will stamp them all with the
Spineless Books return address -- it's the only one I have access to and
it is good enough to get any of the envelopes returned if they need to be.
 I don't have Suzanne's flyer on the web version of my email but I recall
there was "return to" info on it.

I hope the Peace Bizaar went well for all involved, and I am sorry I could
not find the copies of flyers and postage stamps to move the mailing
effort along further.
