[Bookstoprisoners] Books for Prisoners - needs response today

Carol,

I'd be happy to help with this. I suspect we would get books that
people would deem relevant to prisoners. They're not going to show up
with boxes of miscellany. But it would be good if we can say
something like:

paperback dictionaries
poetry
literature with African American themes (or however you think
appropriate to say that)
GED study guides
career development guides

Do others have suggestions? Their web announcement mentions Pages for
Prisoners in Bloomington,IN not us.

http://www.admin.uiuc.edu/mlk/calendar/calendar.html

It would be nice if we could be prepared with flyers to get
volunteers. We could perhaps pass them out as people leave?
