Thanks Carol; looks fine to me, except for a typo in the 1st sentence: the phrase "Books to" needs to preceed "Prisoners." Let me know how I can be of any help.

Subject: [Bookstoprisoners] What about this blurb for promotion?
Folks, Thanks for the quick and positive responses! Here's the email I thought I'd send Alicia. Any changes? cpi
Dear Alicia,
Here's a possible blurb for promotional materials. We also have a fantastic logo at the Books 2 Prisoners website (www.books2prisoners.org). Please feel free to let me know if this isn't quite what you're looking for and we can add or subtract.
By the way, I think that your web announcement mentions Pages for Prisoners in Bloomington, IN not us. http://www.admin.uiuc.edu/mlk/calendar/calendar.html
Thanks again, Alicia - you can reach me at work (367-4405) or home (344-9155) with any questions.
Carol
