Hi folks,

An important update in your life of IMC finances...

We now have a beautiful drop box (thanks Mike) that you should use for any
money or checks- please DO NOT leave them in mailboxes where they can get
misplaced.

If someone is becoming a member, making a donation, or paying rent, etc.
they must include the appropriate info. It's all listed to the left of the
drop box. (basically who it is from and what the money is for... but also
what month and room rent is for, which group a donation is for, etc.)

If you are requesting a reimbursement, we NEED you to do it right. Please
fill out a reimbursement form and leave it in the bookkeeper mailbox, or the
deposit box. We need both the reimbursement form and the appropriate
receipts... or rather you do, because without them we can't reimburse you!

We are becoming a streamlined finance machine! If you have any questions or
suggestions about all this, please let me know.
