Anne,
Are you a part of Books To Prinoners?
As bookkeeper, when a request for a check arrives from the group we put it
through. So, B2P will need to submit a request for payment, including the
invoice for the books, I'll process it, and Stephane (the treasurer) will
pay it. The forms for reimbursement are in the IMC office.
If you aren't part of B2P, please contact them about it (I've copied this
message to their email)
Let me know if you aren't able to get a solution.
