Here some ideas:
- We could have someone from Books to Prisoners let us know in
advance that they are ordering through the library and that the
amount should be "around", say, $250. They can give the form to Beth
at the time they place the order with you so that we have a record of
what will happen, and work with Beth to correct the amount on the
form once you guys know what the final amount is. That way we know in
advance that if we get an email from you, we can pay the library.
- Of course, if you know the final amount at the time you are
ordering the books, then B2P could let us know in advance too, and we
could send a check at that time rather than after the books arrived.

These are just ideas. I think closer coordination between B2P, UC-IMC
Finance and the Library should get us on the right track.
