Anne,
I assume the check should be for $249.60 payable to the Urbana Free Library.
It will be mailed to them directly from our bank. What it is the address?
Whose attention should it go to? Should it reference a Purchase Order
number? Can you bring the invoice by the BtP room today, or can I stop and
pick it up somewhere?

I'll turn in the request as soon as I hear this info from you. The IMC has
been good about turning around requests quickly, with payment arriving in
about 10-12 days. (depending on where we catch them in their work cycle)
