All the books are upstairs. Thanks everyone for their help.
The next step is to get all the tables upstairs and to get the books placed
on the tables.

All of the signs that go on the tables are in the BtP ante room.

There should be 10 white folding tables. One grey table. One heavy brown
table.(leaning against the wall in the BtP room)  All of these are in the
BtP room or the ante room.

All of the tables get set up in the Sun Room

We will have way more books that we have tables for. Set up the tables and
use 1/4 of them for fiction and 3/4 of them for non fiction (approximately).
Put the signs on the tables and place the books on and around those tables
in boxes. Then we will unload as many boxes onto the table tops as possible,
aware that we will have many books just in boxes.

Let's try a strategy of putting only contemporary fiction on tables (no
romance, mystery, etc) We'll just try to organize those boxes so that they
can be searched through.

I'll be there from 4-7. We need as many people as possible to do this from
4-9pm tonight.
