[Bookstoprisoners] next meeting and task

First the task --
Can someone find time today to call the city of Urbana and work through the
bureaucracy to find out if there street maintenance people picked up our
signs? We also need to find out if putting signs out is against an ordinance
of some kind. We are out about $100 if we don't get those signs back.

Second. Could someone check minutes from the last meeting.... or their
notes... ot find out when we scheduled our next meeting for?
I know we set a date.

As I said, I have about 8 hours worth of book-keeping to do, to get any kind
of report. I worked on it about 2 hours on Monday, but when Lincoln's
Challege didn't show up... I had to detour... and schlep books. So, it will
be difficult for me to get financial info to a meeting on Saturday. I'll do
my best if that is when we set the meeting for. But I want as much time as
possible. I don't think we need to wait to post the job description, since
there are seperate funds being generated for at least part of that, and
because we can get the ball rolling without making the final decision.
