We will be having a meeting on Saturday, November 18th at 2 pm.  The agenda
items I have so far are:

1. Alternative Gift Project

2. Book sale strategy and tactics (Niloofar) & other funding sources

3. Satellite Jail library (Jay) and volunteer recruitment (Susan)

4. Volunteer coordinator position

5. Discussion about having an empowered director

6. IMC steering committee spoke

Please let me know if there is anything you would like to have added to the
agenda.
