[Bookstoprisoners] BTP agenda--Saturday, November 18

I want to add what I hope is a one minute item to the agenda:

1. Could we agree to loan out our white fold-down tables for ten days
to the Peace Bazaar that would transport them over and back to the
McKinley Foundation?
They were planning to rent tables, which takes away from their
proceeds that go to about 15 worthy causes, but may be able to get all
needed 25 from friendly parties if we can contribute.

Also, will we have a financial report from Sandra? I thought Suzanne
did not want to have the discussion about the volunteer co-ordinator
until we had that information?

Could we have our next meeting the second Saturday in December - 9 -
because we got off in November because of the book sale - from the
second Saturday. I always have a meeting at 3 the third Saturday of
every month. Barbara
