I thought Danielle said Michelle was giving them to us on labels. I
guess my votes (for the questions below) would be for limiting the
mailing list to people living in IL since that's the population we
serve and to weeding out duplicate addresses. Anyone else?

If the addresses won't come on labels and the envelopes have to
go in the mail by Tuesday, can anyone else get the addresses on
labels by Saturday?

Do we only have one return address stamp? If so, I can stamp the
return addresses on the envelopes in the BTP room then take the
stack of flyers, labels and stamps home to work on before
Tuesday.

If printing labels and flyers and bringing in stamps won't be done
until Sunday, please let me know and I won't come in until then.

Thanks,
Meg

what do you think about these two questions, Meg, from the
mailing
label person...I think we do want people outside the region but I am
not sure what to say about two people at the same address.

Hi Barbara
It depends. Right now I have about 450 addresses, but that
includes
what we are calling our alumni members (people who don't live in
the
area). Do you want the full list, or do you want me to sort out those
that live elsewhere?

Also, we have some people who live at the same addresses
(usually
signficant others). Do you want to send a mailing to both people?
I
can reduce the number with duplicate addresses which could save
you
some postage.
