Thanks a lot, Jay. 15 volunteers is a lot to handle, but they did a
ton of good work. I guess we are learning (me too) that packaging is
the trickiest part of all (not counting setting up the computer system
that you have done).
Ann Sibley + some daughters (school is not in session?) has
volunteered tomorrow morning from 10 - 12 to re-package with my help
and supervision. (They have already experienced some of their own
re-packing.) We should be able to at least clean up the packages that
were wrapped on Saturday and make files for those letters - glad to
know where they are. Ann is also bringing a couple of boxes of books
she picked up at garage sales.
Because it is turning out to be so challenging, I am hoping that
some of the other key staff will experience the packing rules
firsthand so that they can supervise volunteers, who are suddenly so
abundant. Hooray! Barbara
