[Bookstoprisoners] minutes adjustments

Please adjust your minutes to reflect Jay's concern about my interpretation
of the consensus with regard to providing books to Danville. Obviously we
need to discuss this further.

At the last mintute I added a segment to the job description that said

10. May include scheduling volunteers at the county jail/ library, as time
allows.
I specifically included the word "may" because we had not discussed this,
but I didn't want any folks who are involved with the activities at the
county jail to feel like they were not being considered.

Of course, any part of the job of the paid coordinator that can be done by
volunteers does not need to be done by the paid person.
and I apologize if that came off as though I was discounting work already
being done. (and done very well).
