[Bookstoprisoners] November Book Sale

The dates for the November Books to Prisoners Book Sale are Wednesday, Nov.
8 through Monday, Nov. 13. Please mark your calendars.

We are holding the event at the IMC, in the upstairs "Sun Room."

On Saturday night there will be a Romp, Stomp, Slam, Jam event to benefit
IMC and Books to Prisoners, in the IMC Stage Room.

The first and last days might just be set up and tear down days...and the
sale actually be held Thursday - Sunday.

The most important two task is scheduling volunteers and doing publicity.
I'll be in touch regarding this shortly, but if you have something in mind
that you would like to do... please email me personally. That would be
great.


I writing to ask permission to use $500 of our funds to buy tables. Home
Depot has 5' long tables on sale for $44. These tables fold in half and have
a carrying handle. So while they are not "industrial" strength"...they are
not flimsy either. I"m thinking they can actually be stored in the BtP
room...without too much difficulty. (above the bookshelfs, in far corners of
the room)
