[Bookstoprisoners] dictionary for a prisoner

BEA, Though we would like to help, unfortunately...we are only able to
respond to letter directly from Illinois prisoners.
Your best bet would be to order a used dictionary off of Amazon.com and have
it sent directly to him. Shipping would only be about $2.50 and you should
find a dictionary for about the same amount.
