Congratulations to Jay and Suzanne, two very faithful and hardworking B2P ers! May you have a lifetime of happiness together.
About postcards, etc. You cannot send in blank cards or envelopes to IL inmates. How about leaving them in your B2P office space for the volunteers to use in writing the inmates?

Hello, I´m new on this site. I live in South Ameica, but I write to some
prisoners in the US.
My freind Shannon who is in TN would like to have an English/Spanish
dictionary. If any one of you can get one for him, I will be more than
grateful.

Thank you,
Bea

BEA, Though we would like to help, unfortunately...we are only able to
respond to letter directly from Illinois prisoners.
Your best bet would be to order a used dictionary off of Amazon.com and have
it sent directly to him. Shipping would only be about $2.50 and you should
find a dictionary for about the same amount.

Hey B2P
I have tons of envelopes/stationary/postcards to get rid of and I was
wondering if that might be something useful to the prisoners that you send
books to? Many of the postcards are animals from South Africa, but there
are a handful of other assorted things.
I am not in CU right now, but will be at the beginning of October, so if you
want this stationary stuff I could bring it by the IMC then.
If you can't use it...can you think of anyone else I can donate it to?
Thanks
Lynsee Melchi

Can someone let Klara know if people will be at BTP this weekend? Jay and I
will be getting hitched so we won't be there :)

Hi Suzanne,
I emailed a while ago to inquire about volunteering and it was
suggested that I attend one of the weekly meets at the IMC. It might
be that I arrived too early or something, but last Saturday there
wasn't anybody around (door on Elm St. was locked, back room's light
was off). If I came back this weekend would there be one for sure?
Thanks,
Klara
