Actually, I think it is the "Jailhouse Lawyers Manual" which is no longer in
print and so fetches a price of gold. The other is self-published by a
couple out of California, or somewhere in the west. There is only one
volume. I have spoken with the couple before, and yes the price was about
$25 for inmates or for those shipping to inmates. At the time they were down
to there last several hundred copies and were trying to decide whether to
update the existing one or just re-print as is.

That was over a year ago. I am not at home and so can not look up the
contact info. I'll try to remember to do it when I get back. I had put it
way on the back burner, since-- although it is a great book... it seemed way
out of our price league.
