[Bookstoprisoners] Requested books and rules thereof

BtP'ers:

We continue to try to figure out what to do about special requests.  
It's very hard to do this easily. Sometimes you get a letter and you  
believe we might actually get such a book in the next few months, so  
it's worth listing. Sometimes it's hopeless. I'd like to suggest some  
guidelines:

-Never list a book whose title is not listed on Amazon.

-Don't list books or topics you think we're unlikely to get.

-Make it clear and...

-Please punctuate, so creating a list as below doesn't take so much  
time.

-Pay attention to requests and, if you have a minute, take a look at  
the list to look on the shelves for things you once listed. The list  
can be easily viewed on the database or on the table.

Below is an edited version of our current list. I created it so Deb  
could post it on the Freecycle site. People in the community who have  
such a book might drop it in the Strawberry Fields box with a note  
attached saying "Requested Book."
