[Bookstoprisoners] Countdown to BTP book sale

Apologies for the barrage of email you're about to get, or just got,  
but I need to fill everyone in on the upcoming book sale. In the last  
message, I updated the volunteer schedule.

Other notes:

-Watch for Sandra on WCIA Friday morning at 6:30. Thanks to all who  
spoke on Barbara's WRFU show, it was terrific. Listen for Sara's  
Public Square on WILL-AM on Friday afternoon at 4:45 or 6:45. And  
watch for stories in the DI, and announcements many other places.  
Many thanks to all who worked on PR.

-All but 20 or so boxes are now upstairs. Thanks so much to all who  
lugged them up over many weeks.

-We will have a banner, which I hope Chris can put up Wednesday  
evening or early Thursday. We'll have a sandwich board, and yard  
signs. If anyone wants to drive around with me Thursday morning to  
place those, let me know. Thanks, Jay, Suzanne.

-Deb will make a reminder sheet to take to the two events at Lincoln  
Sq on Saturday, to get people to come our way. She's also making a  
bunch more general flyers for those who shop at the sale.

-I sorted the boxes that came in from the book drive and estate sale  
on Saturday, and pulled a couple of boxes of books for us to save for  
prisoner orders.

-After the sale we face the wonderful prospect of reorganizing our  
collection, cleaning, and moving things to take advantage of the  
space left by absent jail boxes.
