[Bookstoprisoners] Non-profit bulk mail permit

B2P folk,

The IMC now has a bulk mail permit with the non-profit rate - a significant
difference from first class postage!  We also have a very well organized
list of current IMC members.  Both of these are available to all IMC groups.
Thanks go to Michelle Schumate - a new member and force of nature!

Info about how to use these is coming soon ... in the meantime, you can
e-mail finance at ucimc.org to get access to the #, stamp, info etc.  I just
wanted to get the word out ASAP so no one wastes money on the higher rates.
