Working groups are encourged to contribute volunteers and literature.  This

Your organization submitted a Quad Day application during the Spring
semester, and you were listed as the contact person for the event. If
you are no longer affiliated with the organization in a leadership

personnel and materials must remain within your allotted space. Group
members must stay with their organization tables and not impede the flow
of traffic. Amplified sound must be maintained at a reasonable level for
the courtesy of all participants. Flyers, giveaways, and sign-ups must
be done from your own booth space and not within the flow of traffic.

No sales or raffles of any kind are permitted.
