Hey BTPers--

Can you house a prison book project volunteer who will be traveling to
Champaign-Urbana in November for our national conference? UC Books to
Prisoners will be hosting 50-75 prison book project works from around North
America November 2-4 for a conference at the IMC and we are looking for
folks who live near the IMC or on a bus line to house volunteers. If you
are willing to house a conference attendee, please fill our our survey at:

http://www.books2prisoners.org/conference/hosting.html

If you are unable to house a conference attendee but would like to volunteer
in another way, you can visit the volunteer section of the conference
website and see all the ways to volunteer.
http://www.books2prisoners.org/conference/hosting.htm

Additionally, if you are planning on attending the conference (and we hope
you are) please register so we can plan accordingly. All UCBTPers who wish
to attend the conference need to register and pay the $20 registration fee
at http://www.books2prisoners.org/conference/registration.html

Local high school, U of I, and Parkland students who would like to attend
the conference but can't afford the registration fee can volunteer 4 hours
over the weekend of the conference and attend for free. If you are a
student and would like to volunteer, please contact me by replying to this
email.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions,

Suzanne
