This is a reminder that Quad Day is this Tuesday, August 21. Ray may
have an updated list of volunteers that he will send later.

The Public i has hundreds of additional copies of the latest edition
available to take to Quad Day. They are just inside the front double
doors of the IMC on the floor. Take however many bundles you can carry.

Grab whatever IMC leaflets we have that are on the table by the office
to take for distribution also.

We'll need chairs and a table. There are fold-up chairs in sling bags
for easy carrying somewhere in the vault in the Production Room.  I have
a table that I can lend, although it's not especially lightweight. Let
me know and I can get it to the IMC to be picked up.

Unfortunately, I have other commitments on Tuesday, but having sat most
of the time the last several Quad Days, it's time to pass the baton. If
there is any way I can help before Tuesday, let me know and I'll do my best.

I know that Brian Dolinar volunteered to help with Quad Day. There may
be others also not on the list who will be there. Be sure and take some
liquids and a hat, as it sounds like it could be hot, although it
shouldn't rain.

Family Room.
