Barry,
Chris, the building manager has been ill recently. He'll be back soon. 
However, we do have lots of graffiti remover available, so if some 
working group would like to volunteer to do some removal, I'm sure we 
can hook them up with all the stuff they need to make things look clean 
again.

As for the stuff on Lincoln Square, that may take some diplomacy. 
They're aware of it, but haven't gotten around to dealing with it yet. 
Maybe if we get ours cleaned up, it will set a good example.
