Sorry Jamie; I was referring to the grant that someone at the jail had told 
you about (hometown...).  Suzanne had sent an e-mail, asking for feedback 
and Leslie responded with some concerns about whether btp would be 
considered a good candidate or not.  I thought the only way we could fit our 
request within their parameters is to focus on the needs of jail libraries. 
Your input was very helpful in identifying the needs if we decide to apply.
