[Bookstoprisoners] new experimental work hours

I bet the fact that the Bike project operates on Sunday afternoons will help
bring some walk-in's who are curious about what else happens in the building
and notice us while they're buying or dropping off a bike next door. Maybe
some signage in the hall inviting people to drop in and say hello (and have
a snack?) would encourage them, as I think the bike coop draws many
non-IMC'ers to the IMC.
