[Bookstoprisoners] volunteers on Saturday

It would be great to have these new volunteers .  I just want to make sure that the key staff will take new volunteers throught all the steps of preparing an order and will supervise their work in a non-intrusive way.  I know it's time consuming but also worth it since we don't want to go over the prepared orders again to make corrections.  One thing that is useful to remind people is that, if they find a request frustrating, they can always put it back and take another one.

  I just got an email from a U of I RA named Matt who would like to bring a few residents to volunteer with him on Saturday.  I told him that we would be happy to take about 8 people from 2-4.  Yvette, are you planning on being key staff that day?  Are there others who can help Yvette manage the kids?  I think that Jay and I will be there this Saturday, but we have the kids so it's a little bit harder to commit to being there the whole time.
