[Bookstoprisoners] Sunday work hours and school for designing a society

Hello All,

April & Barbara, thanks so much for the offer of sharing the
responsibility. Jamie is interested too and I'm really excited about the
prospect of it working. Since it is going to be on a trial basis, we can be
flexible. I suggest starting at noon and wrapping it up by 3. If it doesn't
work, we'll try a different schedule. Deb, it would be great if you could
make a sign to invite visitors to tour our workplace and to volunteer during
our work hours. I'll take care of the calendar on our website.

On a related note, School for Designing a Society is becoming our new
neighbor and its members can be great partners to us. They're planning to
have some evening gatherings of performing arts to inaugurate their move to
their new home. I spoke with Danielle and she said that they might be able
to coordinate these cultural activities with us to coincide with our two
late night book sales. What does everyone think about this possibility?
April, if the key staff is in agreement, would you like me to look into
this?
