[Bookstoprisoners] Calendar Upgrade

This morning we upgraded the calendar on the btp
site<http://www.books2prisoners.org/calendar/index.php?mo=02&yr=2007>to
a newer version.  Suzanne has added Steering Meeting events to the
calendar and we have also added the option to sign up for them using the
Calendar Request button.

Feel free to test it out and sign up to represent us at an upcoming Steering
Meeting.  Please let me know if you notice any problems or unexpected
behavior, as there were a few problems with the upgrade, though I think I
got them mostly worked out.
