[Bookstoprisoners] Satellite Jail Library Meeting Rescheduled to Fri 2/23

The new date and time for the meeting is Friday Feb 23rd at 8:15 at the
Satellite Jail in Urbana.

Please let me know if you are interested and plan on attending this meeting.

We will meet briefly with Nancy and her administration to discuss:
- Date / time to load-in our book collection
- Days and hours that library sessions will be held
- Policies & Procedures related to set up / tear down
