[Bookstoprisoners] rubberbanding bulk orders

Hello.  Just as a reminder-- If you put book orders in the bulk bins, PLEASE make sure that there are at LEAST four rubberbands to reinforce the books; otherwise the books can slide out and get confusing.  The rubberbands should be at least two on each side, criss-crossing each other.  If you're not sure what I mean, you can ask someone in person, or put the orders on the rolling cart for someone else to do.
