Dear BTP friends and helpers (I've sent this to the larger list):

Here's what I have our spring book sale. I didn't hear problems about  
hours from any of you; I did decide to wait on doing a Friends group  
or pre-sale.

Pennies for Pages
a book sale to benefit Books to Prisoners


> Thursday, April 12 4-9pm
> Friday, April 13 12 am-9pm
> Saturday, April 14 10am-5pm
> Sunday, April 15 10am-5pm
> Monday, April 16 10am-12pm, all books half-price

No giveaways. We'll save anything we can sell later, and recycle the  
rest.

If any of you can think of anything to draw in the crowds, please  
share it now.

Bob is doing publicity, with Sandra's oversight. This may include:

-an ad in the Public I
-PSA's to print, radio and TV
-contacting Vintage Vinyl

Here are my notes on other tasks and people:

Jay offered to look into a banner for the building, and outdoor  
signs. Maybe a sandwich board.

Sara is going to try to get a spot on the Public Square at WILL-AM.

Niloofar offered to do a flyer.

Bill will oversee Monday take-down and recycling.

Deb will list on booksalefinder.com?

We hope to have a sign-up sheet for volunteers online soon. Watch for  
it.
