[Bookstoprisoners] Re: Hosting the next National BTP Conference

All,

I have to apologize. I asked everyone if we could briefly discuss hosting
this conference over the weekend on Saturday. I got a few off list
responses saying people were not available and I did not follow up with the
group by proposing another time. I hope that this did not cause anyone to
show up on Saturday expecting to discuss. If this happened to you, I owe
you a sincere apology.

It has been suggested (off list) that we meet and discuss on Tuesday
evening. Unfortunately I won't be able to do that.

Could we try for THIS Saturday (5/26/07)? I feel like it would be good to
have some discussion and make a decision before our next scheduled meeting
on June 9th. Please let me know if you would like to be part of this
discussion, and if you could be there on Saturday to have this brief
conversation.

Thanks,
Jay
