Thanks for the all the responses to my last question. Please, can anyone answer my first two about the book keeping and debit/shipping?

Questions,
We are still keeping the account, checks, and debit card for accounting aren't we?
What is the reasoning for a second debit card "just for shipping", and was the possibility of Chris being offered the Postal Laison discussed?
What changes did Niloofar suggest for the mission statement?
Sorry for so many questions, but I just couldn't squeeze the meeting in. I wanted to make sure that I get things correct.

Conference Wrap Up -
Summary of conference was provided. 88 guests, representing 29 prison book projects were present. The topic of what to do with the remaining $650 in conference revenue was tabled until our next meeting. Discussion included using some of this money to finance the shipping of books packed during the conference, purchase of Aaron Ammons book or saving as seed money to be donated to the hosts of the next national conference.
Accounting -
IMC Finance is requested our assistance to improve transparency. Jason from IMC Finance was present and asked to take the following information back to the IMC Finance: BTP is ready to begin providing all of our financial transaction data to IMC Finance as soon as they indicate that they are ready to begin accepting it. BTP recognizes, and would like to acknowledge the value added by IMC Finance taking responsibility for this accounting and monthly reporting via our monthly financial contribution to the IMC (aka "rent"). We request that IMC Finance provides advice about an estimate of the costs associated with the additional work involved in this record keeping for BTP.
BTP Process Flow -
Should we list number & titles of the books included in a package? This issue was tabled to be discussed at a future meeting due to time constraints.
Handling of out of state requests. It was decided that we would continue responding to letters from non-Illinois inmates by sending our resource list, Jamie is willing to continue taking responsibility this task.
Postal Liaison Position -
We presently need someone to ensure that our packages are mailed and paid for. We agreed to offer the person recommended for this position 10% of our postal shipping receipts as compensation for this task. It was agreed that an additional debit card would be issued for this task.
Purchasing Specific Books -
Suggestion that we might purchase "certain resource books". This issue was tabled to be discussed at a future meeting due to time constraints.
Mission Statement Discussion -
Niloofar proposed some changes to our new mission statement. This discussion will be continued on BTP Keystaff list (any BTP volunteer is welcome to participate as well [let me know if you'd like to be copied on this discussion and are not on the BTP keystaff mail list]).
