SHOWS- Dan Blah- spoke for Shows- has approved an afterhours party for December 3- this is a pre-approved show from November but was cancelled. It has been re-scheduled for the Monday night December 3 date, Tommy will do sound, The party will be closed by 4:00a.m. Police will be contacted to keep relations good for the IMC and the community.
Final numbers for IMC Fest- over 300 came through the door- gross collection looks to be $1600 before expenses. Dan said he may have the numbers next week. The exposure was terrific and the musicians and reporters were amazed by the space. There is a New Year's Eve party that's been requested, Dec. 31 8:00 p.m. to January 1 to 8:00a.m. 12 hours. It will be Pre- recorded electronic DJ event, with DJ's rotating every hour, a comprehensive security plan is in place, alcohol remains pending approval and insurance may be required, 200 people are expected,  Alcohol at this 12 hour event has not been approved at this Steering Meeting, so the promoter is invited to return Dec. 6 to re-visit the alcohol issue.

PRINT- Bob Illyes- November issue of the Public I is coming out this week. 

RFU- Mike Lehman- renewal period is due, has been tallied, new show slots available will be posted after Dec. 7. Grants will be posted after November 30 for $4500 for the tower, and $500 for BTP for a canopy and banner for outreach.

FINANCE- taxes have been turned in on time, $5000 were assessed in outside income, the audit is almost complete. Books to Prisoners has put in a request for Finance to handle BTP's finances in the future. Decision remains pending. We have new membership forms on the way. Overall, the IMC is breaking even so far. 

A.J. suggested a membership drive to solicit new members. So far word of mouth has been the way to discover the IMC. 

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP Meeting- new bylaws and new structure documents have been passed.
