[Bookstoprisoners] Steering

Hello all,

Can somebody cover the Steering meeting tonight?  It runs from 8 to 9 in the library alcove on the first floor.

I'm finding that the Thursday nights are conflicting with some of my other projects and family stuff lately.  There are no big agenda items tonight that I know of.  The main thing would be to give a report on the success of the booksale, give a reminder about the upcoming conference (and give a reminder calling for volunteers if any are still needed for housing, et cetera). 

You can ask whomever is taking minutes at the meeting to cc: the B2P list, so you don't have to take notes.  If nobody can cover at such late notice, I can check the meeting minutes and see if there's anything B2P needs to followup on.

I can go to the next meeting on Oct. 18th.  In November, I'm doing my annual National Novel Writing Month project--1700 words a day for 30 days--and would very much like to have my Thursdays free all of November for my quixotic, obsessive writing.  Then come December I can take it over again.

Again, sorry for the late notice.  I'm juggling too many things, and would like my Thursdays free for a while.
