All,
I got this in response to the meeting email. Does anyone have a problem
with moving the meeting to 12:30 so that we can have a little extra time
before our volunteers arrive? In the meantime, I'll check to see if the
Family Room is open.

>>> Hello Emily,
>>>
>>> 2pm is a good time for your volunteers to come. We'll actually be having
>>> a
>>monthly meeting at 12:30 in the BTP room, so if your group was really
>>interested in that, they could attend, but for actual volunteering
>>experience 2pm is when the festivities begin. I can meet your group on the
>>front steps of the Independent Media Center on the corner of Elm and
>>Broadway, also known as the old Post Office in Urbana. The address is 202
>>South Broadway Avenue. The work sessions typically run for about two
>>hours,
>>but you are not committed to any particular time. If the volunteers want
>>to
>>leave early, they're welcome to come for as long as they can.
>>>
>>> Sincerely,
