[Bookstoprisoners] Extra Volunteers on Saturday

Hello BTPers--

I just wanted to write and remind you all that we have extra volunteers on
Saturday who are prepared to move books and help us get ready for the book
sale. We will have 10 volunteers from 12-2 and a fresh group of 10
volunteers from 2-4.

We also have our business meeting at 1 which will be a little crazy in the
midst of this. Perhaps we can have 2 people volunteer to be Key Staff for
that day (don't even have to be on the key staff list for this one) who are
willing to supervise these willing workers? It would be nice to have
someone who can meet the volunteers at 12 and get them started and another
person to greet the volunteers at 2 and get them started.

Also, April, I don't know if you want to be one of the people supervising
the volunteers, but whoever is supervising them would probably benefit from
hearing what books you need moved and where to. Also if there are other
heavy lifting tasks that need to be done, this will be the week to do them.

Please respond to the list if you would be willing to help supervise this
Saturday.

Thanks,
Suzanne
