[Bookstoprisoners] Last days for Early Registration Rate

Today and tomorrow are the last days to receive the early registration rate
of $20 for the National Conference of Prison Book Projects.  After midnight
on September 15, the registration rate will go up to $30 and we may no
longer be able to guarantee free housing.  We've got a great group of people
coming to town and I hope that you will consider joining us!
