[Bookstoprisoners] where is the mtg?

Sasha,

Thanks for your email.  You would be welcome to join us tomorrow!

Our room is in the basement of the IMC, next to the bike coop.  There are
signs-a-plenty pointing you to the room once you arrive in the basement (you
can take the stairs down from the main floor or enter the basement from Elm
street door).

We have two separate things happening tomorrow.  At noon, we have a business
meeting where we discuss and make some decisions about our processes and
other administrative issues.  You are certainly welcome to attend this.

If you are interested in really getting a taste of what books to prisoners
does, in that same room from 2-4 we will be doing the fun stuff - reading
letters from inmates and selecting books to be mailed to them.

Hope to see you there.  Just mention that it's your first time when you show
up and we'll be happy to show you around and introduce you to our other
volunteers.
