Friends,
1) Free Registration at Weight Watchers.

2) No Guilt! One of my New Years resolutions is to have a guilt free year.
Come and join me at Weight Watchers this week. Everyone is welcome - as long
as you leave your guilt at the door. No guilt over the fact that you've
joined before and not made it to goal. No guilt over having over indulged
during the holidays. Come for a session of no guilt strategy planning this
week.

I know the weather is challenging. But I've still decided to have plenty of
staff at the meetings tomorrow in anticipation of our post-holiday welcome
back.

3) Special for Lifetime Members, who are more than 2 pounds over their
weight goal --
  A) You can choose the traditional Lifetime plan - paying $10.95 each time
you come and never paying any missed weeks fees.
  B) You can choose our new weekly plan. If you plan to come each week you
can pay $8.00. If you miss a week you will need to pay the $8.00 for the
missed week also. You only pay until you get down to with-in 2 pounds of
your goal. You can switch back to the traditional plan at any time. There is
a limited time to sign up for this program.

Here are a couple of recipes from the new Weight Watchers Greatest Hits
cookbook.

OVEN FRIED ONION RINGS
Four servings at 1 point each.

2 Tbls. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
2 large (8 ounce) onion, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick, and separated into
double rings.

1) Adjust the oven racks to divide the oven half. Preheat to 400 degrees F.
Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray. On a sheet of waxed
paper, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Place the bread crumbs on another
sheet of waxed paper. Place the egg substitute in a shallow dish.

2) Coat each double onion ring on both sides with the flour mixture, shaking
off the excess; dip into the egg substitute, then coat lightly with the
bread crumbs. Arrange the rings on the baking sheet, and spray the tops with
nonstick spray.

3) Bake on the top oven rack until browned, 10 minutes. Turn carefully and
back until browned, 5 minutes.
