[CHANGES] This week

Hello all,
You don't have to figure out how you are going to be motivated to have 
healthy habits for the rest of your life. You just need to figure out how 
you are going to motivate yourself this week. Sometime in motivating 
yourselves toward a healthier lifestyle you may get a start in the right 
direction for the week by looking at a picture of yourself. Perhaps it is 
good word from you doctor. A compliment from an acquaintance you haven't 
seen for a while. Sometimes it is a new food experience.

I hope you'll take a moment to look over the eight wonderful recipes that 
I'm sending you. They constitute an amazing feast for only nineteen points 
and may be your trigger for that new food experience. Although constructed 
as  a Passover feast I welcome all to enjoy them.

Perhaps you are thinking, "Sandra, that is overwhelming. I can't possibly 
make all those recipes this week." Well then I'm asking you, "What can you 
do?" What are you willing to do? Are you willing to look through them and 
see if making one of them would help your week go easier? Are you willing to 
devise your own meal plan?
Making any effort gives you the push to make a little more effort. Just 
printing the recipes out and then considering them will be a step in the 
right direction. You can eat healthy! You can make good choices! Take the 
first step.

Recipes are being sent separately for easier printing.

This week --through April 19th at Weight Watchers new members can join for 
the $15 registration fee. Their first week will be free. If they come in 
with current member they will get a free WW magazine and the current member 
will get a free week.
