If you need support in sustaining a healthy diet:

A new session of “Changes” starts this week.
The times are  Tuesday 10am check in, 10:30-11:30am group
                     Tuesday 5pm check in, 5:30 - 6:30pm group
                        or
	     Saturday 9am check in, 9:30-10:30 group.

The cost is $120 for 10 weeks. Or $75 for 5 weeks.
