I have to add an item about shipping books to Menard because I got a call from the chaplain yesterday. He got 6 heavy bulk boxes in the mail this week and the same amount last week. He and the other chaplain are sinking under the challenge of distributing all that mail in 72 hours (including to external cottages on the grounds). It turns out that the chaplains were commandeered into this function, not because of censorship concerns, but because of a shortage of people in the mail room. We discussed possible fixes. I told him we would discuss this in our meeting Saturday and I would get back to him. First I need to understand how many boxes of bulk mail we would have for Menard if we sent them out weekly....or was this a backlog? Barbara<br>
