Hi everybody,

Come on out to Alto Vineyards this Saturday, Aug. 20
as the Noisy Gators play from 7:30 to 10:30pm. The
always energetic Dennis Stroughmatt (from Creole
Stomp) will join us and take over the fiddle chores,
and we'll get Dennis to sing in Creole French.

So this is it, the last Noisy Gators gig, at least for
a while.  For me, it's been four years of non-stop
fun. Randy, Tom, Michael & Matt are all first-rate
musicians and I've often stood in amazement, listening
to their riffs, licks and incredible talents.  In a
way, I've had the best seat in the house.

Thanks to so many of you who have attended many of our
gigs.  Your dancing, kind comments and enthusiasm have
been inspiring.  Together, we've certainly passed a
good time.  So get your dance shoes tunes up in the
next few days and I'll see you at Alto.

Keep supporting live, local music by buying local CDs
and supporting the many places and organizations that
have booked us -- the Iron Post, Hubers, Cowboy
Monkey, Aroma Cafe, Verde Gallery, Alto Vineyards,
High Dive, Corkscrew, Mike & Molly's, the Urbana
Country Dancers, both the Urbana and Champaign Park

P.S. - if you've never been to Alto Vineyards, it's
pretty EZ to get there.  From northwest Champaign
(corner of Mattis and Bloomington Road), turn west on
Bloomington Road and continue to Duncan Road.  Turn
right on Duncan Road, cross over I-74 and continue
north. Alto Vineyards is on your right.  In addition,
