[Cajun-Zydeco] Cajun music at Aroma Cafe, May 10 (9-10pm)

Hi everyone,

The Backdoor Cajuns will be playing a gig at Aroma Cafe in downtown Champaign on Thursday, May 10 from 9:00 to 10:00pm.  

The band includes familiar faces - Dennis and Jennifer from Creole Stomp, along with guitarist Robert Russell (also a "Stomper") and yours truly on bass. This will be one set of acoustic Cajun and Creole tunes.  If the weather is nice, we'll play outside on the patio at Aroma.

This is part of the Acoustic Thursday gigs at Aroma and Melissa Greener (from Austin, TX) will open the show, 8-9pm. See http://www.melissagreener.com for more details.
