Dear friends and music lovers,
Just in time for Mardi Gras, I'll be playing Cajun & Creole music with Dennis Stroughmatt and Friends on Fat Tuesday (Feb. 21) at the Rose Bowl in downtown Urbana.? Set time is 7:30 to 9PM.
Along with Dennis, the band will feature Greg Bigler (bass), Dave Pride (drums), Sam Payne (guitar), Clayton Burke (steep guitar) and yours truly on accordion and percussion.? We'll be playing a lot of Cajun and Zydeco classics as well as some blues, country and Lord knows what else. Be sure to come out for some Mardi Gras fun. Dance. Wear a mask.? Bring yo' beads.??

Come early for traditional jazz by the New Orleans Jazz Machine (5 to 7pm).
