Hello everyone,

Sorry I've been so lax in writing lately. My life calms down considerably 
next week and I'll be back with you with some inspirational messages and 
recipes then.

I am WOWed at the people losing weight in Weight Watchers. This week I 
worked a scale and EVERY single person had lost. We've got summer time goals 
and motivations... if you need some...stop in. Wouldn't you like to lose 
somewhere between 2 and 24 pounds between now and Labor Day? Others are 
going to do it and you can too. Come in and I'll help you make a plan.

I did want to remind you that if you prepayment coupons that your purchased 
previously... you can use them for current meeting fees. (Even if they say 
they are expired.)

"Dolls and Dresses" - A Group Show
Opening Saturday 7-9pm

Dolls and dresses as expressions of emotion, protest, memory, reflection and 
process. This show is an eclectic selection with beauty, humor, and horror.

NOTE CHANGE OF LOCATION:

Highcross Studio (Home of "The Paper", Cicada Studio, Sandra Ahten Studio)

Directions: Take Main Street all the way east through Urbana. It curves to 
the left and deadends into Rt. 150 (University Ave). Go straight across 150 
into Beringer Commons Subdivision. Take the first right. (Rutherford). Wind 
through to Highcross Road. Take a left over the I74 overpass. We are the 
third driveway on the left. You may have to park on the road.

(These directions guide you around the Highcross Road detour construction)

-Drawing with the Whole Brain. A class for those who have always wanted to 
learn to draw,
but thought they had not talent or confidence.
-Art with Intention - Ongoing classes on Thursday 7-9pm or Friday 3-5pm.
-Available for private consultation and lessons.
